Include your computer's brand, model and serial number (sometimes on the back, side or bottom of the system).
If you have a Mac we ask that you include your serial number and use the series (i.e. MacBook Pro) and/or processor speed (i.e. 2.2GHz) under the model field. Mac laptops have the serial number on the bottom or under the battery in the bay. iMacs have serial numbers on the base. You can also use the system information page if your system is still running.
For Dell computers, please enter your alphanumeric service tag in the serial number field. Usually it is a seven character code on the side or back of PCs and on the bottom of laptops near a barcode.
Screen repair cases, include your screen size as well in the description field. Screen size is measured diagonally from the bottom left to upper right.
Data recovery cases, use your computer or drive's brand, model and serial number and let us know as much as possible about your situation and what may have led to it as well as the amount of data and what kinds of files you need to recover.
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your information. If you don't know an answer about your computer write "not sure".
A technician will get back to you as soon as possible during regular business hours. For information about our hours and location please click here.
